What can I do and can someone explain his attitude?

Hi, I have a problem. 2 years ago, me nd my ex had 3 months of a relationship nd i left him. after few weeks i regreted my choice nd asked many times for a second chance but refused it. Then this year, he came to me nd talked to me askin how is my life bla bla bla. nd few weeks later he also said to my friend tht he still had feelings for me but later when he knew i had feelings for him he denied tht he had feelings for me nd whn i asked wht went wrong btw us he said tht i didnt gave him the freedom he wanted tht i was controlling him in a way... even though he never said to me when we were together neither after we broke up ... i do aggreed a bit tht i was a bit controlling ... so i decided to change my minus nd start all back to the start. one week before i went to say hi nd we talked to each other nd evrything went great btw us.. this week i said hi to him nd he responded thn again tuesday too.. wht i hate is tht he never comes to me nd says hi when he was the one wanted tht we should start all over again... now its has been 2 days tht i havent went to talk to him.. im not the type who runs behind someone who completey shows tht he doesnt care about me even though i still hve feelings for him. For me both persons hve to go through the steps to fall in love again like before thts wht he wanted too but now hes ignorin me ... all he did was lookin at me sometimes thn turns around whn i catch his stare nd thn completely ignores me .. cant someone explains wht i hve to do i cant move one ... hes the one for me but hes hard to understand nd hes not lettin me either to understand him ... can someone explain me please ... =(
