Should I get Split/Second?

It sounds really cool with all the crashes and visuals because I loved Burnout Paradise. I was planning on selling my Need For Speed Hot Pursuit for it (I dont care about the price i get for it so dont tell me not to sell it for that reason) its only 24.99 and I hated Hot Pursuit because it was just so boring. but all the crashes and destruction in split second reminded me of burnout so it looks really good for a 20 -30 dollar game. so should I get? Is that game good and worth it? does it have good replay value? thx for answering
