I need some help. I am making a pot roast in my crockpot for tomorrows dinner. I really wanted to cook it for a day or so but my husband bought only a 2.76 pound bottom round rump roast (I think an entire day 24 hours would be too long for this weight). I need to know how to cook it, lol. I am putting potatoes/carrots/onions in it. I have beef broth and a package of beef stew seasoning if needed. Salt and pepper etc...How should I cook this??
