Helping my cousin with depression?

Girl....sounds like a big problem.....she needs her family's support. She needs to go out...see the sun. My aunt has fibermialga and depression...but we try to keep her busy....and are always happy to see her and make her feel loved. That disease can wear someone out. But everyone needs to know that it's not her fault. She needs to accept what's going on in her life and move on and no let it put her even more down in the ground. You know.....i think something that would help is to bring a man into her life. Even if it's a friend that you think can turn into something else. Usually, ppl feel they need some love from someone other than family. I hope that helped some! I hope she will do better!
