You really need to cut down on your carbs. When you do eat carbs you must have protein with it. Dont eat past 6pm, and no carbs with your last meal. Try for more fiber - whole grains and veggies, beans. More fiber keeps you full longer and on less food. Absoultely no sugar, and cut all high calorie drinks - pop, juice, fancy coffees, etc. I know people who lost 10 pounds cutting our pop and diet pop alone! Weight loss is 80% food and only 20% exercise.
