What to do about my roommate?

I have a roommate that ive been living with for 3 months. The 1st day I moved in was Superbowl day, and he asked to borrow my HDTV.....okay. He always talked sh*t to me about another roommate that we have and then is nice to him when the other roommate is around. His one "pet peev" is cleaning up the dishes in the house..So, for the first few weeks I was doing everyone's dishes that were left in the sink and emptying the dishwasher.Try and follow what im saying bc this guy is a huge do*che. Well, one day I had a friend come over and my friend took a crap in the bathroom that my roommate and I share. He tried to flush it and i guess the toilet got clogged and it was laying in there all night. My roommate saw it and flushed it down and started leaving his urine in the toilet for 2 weeks straight I guess to "get back" at me instead of talking to me about it. Being the bigger man, I went into his room and asked what his problem was? He said he was pissed off about the toilet and he told me that he told his girlfriend to leave urine in there. I told him not to hold grudges and talk to me next time. He said we were cool and he wont do it anymore. So, I wanted to see if someone else in the house would start doing my dishes and the dishwasher. So, I start leaving dishes in the sink. My roommate did his dishes and would throw my dishes to the side for me to do. So, I just left more in there. A couple of days later, he writes a note on the fridge telling me and my roommate to "do our f*cking dishes". I did them and that was that. At this point I was starting to become very pissed off at my roommate. He started using my shampoo in the shower and never asked once. I have short hair and there is no reason for shampoo and conditioner to go that fast. So, I took all of my toiletries out of the bathroom and started leaving them in my room. Guess what? He does the same thing and takes the toilet paper that he bought out of the bathroom too. I always hear him and his gf talking crap about me through our thin walls. One night, he threw a party and I went up to my room and locked the door so no one would go in. When I was leaving, his trashy fake gf says hi to me on my way out the door. I ignore her completely and walk outside and she runs to her bf and says "he ignored me!". The next morning I came back home and sat at my computer. An hour later I hear him come home and he takes out his keys to unlock the door to his room. Why would he start locking his door? How did he know that I started doing it unless he's being going into my room? So, I start leaving dishes in the sink to get back at this f*cker and one day he flips out on me. I told him to go f*ck himself and I have no respect for him. Now, he talks through his wall about me to his "friends" on the phone so I can hear him. He took all of the toilet paper and paper towels out of the house so I wont use them. Even now as im talking to you, I can hear him and his gf complaining about me. I thought about kicking his a** but im sure he would call the cops. So, im thinking about taking him to an octagon or something and beating the crap out of him in the ring. Any other suggestions about what I should do? Ive already tried to be the bigger man, but he holds grudges when I do something he doesnt like and does something to spite me. Im getting really tired of this a**hole. But, he moves out next month. :)
