Which defense should I pick up?

I currently have Green Bay as my defense and I also have jake delhomme which i want to drop from my roster. the two biggest defenses to add are the texans and the cardinals. which team should i add; the Houston Texans or the Arizona Cardinals?? also, which team should i start....houston plays miami, arizona plays washington, and green bay plays a struggling chicago.
