What really is a horse dealer?

A horse dealer is just someone that makes a business out of buying and selling horses. Usually they buy them and train them a bit to sell them for a profit. They usually have a lot of horses for sale at one time since it is a business. A lot of horse dealers buy at auctions train and sell either back at the auction or as a private sale, but they don't have to go to an auction at all to be considered a horse dealer Basically just someone who buys trains and sells horses to make a profit.
