A new science fiction idea? What do you think of it?

It has a good moral, that love is something that can such a dour landscape. It might be a bit too pessimistic and unbelievable to ign one emotion to people, there really wouldn't be any organization on the levels you imply if there was an entire race of people that only felt anger. They would kill each other nonstop, and people just feeling fear wouldn't reproduce.
