If i just recovered from swine flu...?

i recently have gotten over my case of swine flu. i went to the doctors and was diagnosed with it. uming this is the correct diagnoses, and i am fully recovered now, does that mean i wont get swine flu this winter/flu season? like i built up an immunity to it? thank you for your help :)
