I need some fast advice?

I have met this woman who claims to be an american on yahoo personals but originaly come from nebraska but went to NIgiria for collage but she claimes that she had spent her money on books and her research so she can get her final exam done faster so she can come home to nebraska faster. but now she claimes that she had ran out of money for food and stuff so she claimed she called her student master as she was chating to me and got an three hundred dallor loan. from him but now he is holding her port and paper till she gives him the three hundred back. and i am planing to send her the three hundred to her tomorrow. and she claimes she called her airliner and when her student master gets the money she will get the pasport and be back in nebraska thursday. she had gaven meher student master information to send the money. and everything. ...is this for real can an student master hold a pport from an student???
