I have a pimple on my but I'm not sure if it's a pimple. I popped it and a lot of blood came out.?

Unlike a pimple, it feels soft and little bit squishy at the top. The bump is rather unsually bigger than a pimple would be. A lot of blood came out when popped and only blood. What can it be??
