How do I get my 6 month old to stop hurting me during feedings?

Yeah, that really sucks. My son has 7 teeth and is just getting his 8th in right now so lately when I have been feeding him (he's a month older than yours :) he will bite but usually since it jolts me and I will say "ouch!" and he will immediately come off the and look at me - I know that helped him realize he can't bite me. Also when I feel his teeth clenching down I will tap his jaw (which obviously doesn't hurt him, but lets him create an ociation between the two).
