There are SO many things that come to mind but this is what I thought when I read your symptoms: Irritable Bowel Syndrome. IBS can cause all these symptoms and more. Only a doctor can diagnose you though, so keep going to the doctor, even different doctors if you have to, until you get diagnosed and treated correctly. Good luck!
